Honest answer + how to stay safe
It can be — as long as you understand there are TWO different risks. (1) ToS risk: account trading violates Moonton's Terms of Service, but it's administrative (the account can face penalties), NOT criminal, and enforcement against individual buyers is very rare. (2) Scam/hackback risk: this is the REAL one — the seller reclaims the account. The second risk is minimized by buying from an anti-hackback-guaranteed seller + a full-access (monsep) account you can unbind.
Risk 1 — ToS (administrative)
Violates Moonton ToS; the account can face a penalty. BUT it's not criminal, and enforcement against individual buyers is very rare.
Risk 2 — Hackback (real)
The seller reclaims the account. This is the most realistic risk — but it CAN be minimized with monsep + unbind + an anti-hackback warranty.
Want an MLBB account that's already warranty-covered?
Every ZenVan account is verified + covered by 30-day anti-hackback ZenGuard.
It technically violates Moonton's ToS (accounts can't be transferred), so in theory the account could face a penalty. But it's administrative, NOT criminal — no one is jailed for buying an account, and enforcement against individual buyers is very rare. The most realistic risk isn't a Moonton ban; it's hackback from the seller.
Hackback = the seller reclaims the account after payment (via the email/Moonton account they still hold). Avoid it: buy a full-access (monsep) account (Moonton + email + password), immediately change all credentials + unbind old connections after handover, and buy from an anti-hackback-guaranteed seller (e.g. 30-day ZenGuard).
1) Buy from a guaranteed seller with proven reputation. 2) Make sure it's full-access (monsep) & unbindable. 3) Use escrow/middleman, never a direct transfer. 4) After handover: change Moonton + email passwords, unbind, enable 2FA. 5) Keep transaction proof.
Choose a marketplace/seller that verifies accounts, uses escrow, and gives a written anti-hackback warranty. ZenVan, for example, covers every account with a 30-day anti-hackback ZenGuard warranty.
