1. General Terms
By using the ZenVan Store service (the “Service”), you accept these terms and conditions in full. Please read them carefully before transacting.
ZenVan Store is a marketplace for buying and selling Mobile Legends (MLBB) accounts. We are not an official affiliate of Moonton or any other game publisher.
2. Buying an Account
- Every account listed as available has been verified by the ZenVan team.
- Once payment is confirmed, the account details are sent within 5 minutes via WhatsApp.
- Buyers must change the password and bindings immediately after receiving the account.
- A handed-over account cannot be returned unless a fault on our side is proven (see the Refund Policy).
3. Selling an Account
- Sellers must ensure the account is free of bans, hacks, and violations of the game's ToS.
- Sellers are fully responsible for the legitimacy of the account they sell.
- ZenVan Store may decline to buy an account without giving a reason.
- Payment to the seller is made after the account has been handed over and verified.
4. Payment
We accept QRIS, bank transfer (BCA, BRI, Mandiri, BSI), and e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay). Listed prices are final and quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Chargebacks without a valid reason are prohibited.
- Using the service for fraud or money laundering is prohibited.
- Reselling an account bought from ZenVan Store without informing us is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
ZenVan Store is not liable for bans, blocks, or loss of access caused by the buyer's own actions after handover. Our warranty is limited to the period stated in the Refund Policy.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may change these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on the website. Continuing to use the Service after a change counts as acceptance.
8. Governing Language
These terms are written in Indonesian. Translations are provided for convenience. If the Indonesian version and a translation differ in meaning, the Indonesian version prevails.
