Where do I find the User ID and Zone ID?
Open Mobile Legends and tap your avatar in the top-left corner. Under the name there are two numbers: the first is the User ID, the one in brackets is the Zone ID, e.g. 123456789 (1234). You can paste that line straight into the form.
Why is the Zone ID required?
The same User ID can belong to a different account in another zone. The Zone ID makes sure we check the account you mean. If the account's server does not match the Zone ID, nothing is shown and your balance is refunded.
How much does it cost and how do I pay?
The price per check is shown on the check button. You pay with ZenVan Balance, which you can top up via QRIS, e-wallet or virtual account. The nickname preview is always free.
What happens to my balance if a check fails?
Your balance is held when the check enters the queue. If the account is not found, the zone does not match, or the lookup server has a problem, the balance is returned automatically and the reason is shown. You only pay for checks that succeed.
Who can see a check result?
Only you, through your ZenVan sign-in. Results have no public link and the ID never appears in a URL. Skin data comes from a third-party data provider (cekskin.com), and results are deleted automatically after the retention period (30 days by default).
Is it safe for my account?
Yes. We only use the User ID + Zone ID, which are public. ZenVan never asks for a password, email or OTP code. Only check accounts you own or have the owner's permission to check.
