PUBG Mobile Account Binding: Safe Buying & Handover Guide
Binding decides who really owns a PUBG account. An email-based Krafton ID is the only bind whose ownership can transfer completely to the buyer.Social binds (Facebook, Google, Twitter, Apple) stay the seller's — while one is attached, so is their way in. 1. Bind types and their risk
One PUBG account can carry several binds at once. That is what causes most trouble: the buyer checks one bind, feels safe, and two others are still attached. Every bind left behind is one more route for a recall.

The one most often missed: the Twitter (X) bind. It is almost never used for day-to-day login, so sellers forget they ever attached it — and buyers almost never ask.
2. What “full access” means — and why it decides the price
Full access = the account email is handed to you, along with access to it. Not just the in-game username and password.
That difference decides everything. Without the email you cannot change credentials and cannot file for recovery with Krafton. You are using the account without ever truly owning it — and the previous owner can still take it back at any time through the official route, because the proof of ownership is still in their name.
This is why a full-access account costs far more than a non-full-access one with identical specs. What you are paying for is not the skins — it is the certainty that the account cannot be pulled back.
3. What to do once you receive the account — three steps, in order
The order matters. Changing the password first, before moving the email, achieves nothing — the seller can reset it straight back through the email they still hold.
- Change the account emailto one you own. This is the decisive step. While the email is still the seller's, they can undo everything else.
- Change the password. Only once the email has moved. Use a password you have never used on another service.
- Set a secondary password. Under Krafton's 22 July 2026 Improved Unban Policy for Account Theft: a stolen account with a secondary password can be unbanned up to twice a year; without one, only once for life. Do all three on the same day the account arrives. At ZenVan the recall warranty still applies in full for the first 7 days even if you have not done them — but after 7 days they become your responsibility. Details on the warranty page.
4. Recall / hackback: what it is and how it happens
A recall (often called a hackback) is when the seller takes back an account they already sold. There are two routes:
- Through a bind left attached. The most common, and the easiest to prevent. If a Facebook/Google/Twitter/Apple bind is still on, the seller simply logs in.
- Through official recovery. The seller files with Krafton using older proof of ownership — UC purchase receipts, the old email, device history. If their evidence is stronger than yours, the account can go back to them.
How to prevent it: clear every social bind before paying (route 1), and move the email + set a secondary password immediately (route 2 — this is what moves the proof of ownership to you).
5. Red flags when buying from an unknown seller
- Refusing to show the bind/account screen. It is one screenshot. If they refuse, there is only one reason.
- “The email comes after the transfer.” The email IS the goods. Until it is handed over, you have received nothing.
- A price far below market for the specs claimed. A cheap account with a full X-Suit set almost always means non-full-access, a stolen account, or no account at all.
- Pushing the deal off-platform or refusing escrow. That removes your only recourse if it goes wrong.
- Screenshots with no nickname/UID visible. An image with no identity in it can come from anywhere — including another seller's listing.
- Rushing you — “someone is offering more, transfer now.” Time pressure is a tool, not a coincidence.
- No written warranty, or one mentioned only in chat with no readable terms page.
6. Warranty periods across the market
The warranty period decides how long you are covered if a recall happens. The figures below are each platform's public policy as of July 2026 — check the platform directly before trading, policies change.
