Account sale terms
What are the terms for selling a Mobile Legends account to ZenVan Store?
ZenVan buys MLBB accounts outright — the shop purchases the account itself rather than holding it until another buyer appears. The order is fixed and never reversed: the price is agreed, the seller changes the account email themselves with an admin guiding each step, then the money is transferred. The whole process averages 30 minutes. A seller never sends money to ZenVan — no deposit, no admin fee. There is no minimum price, but there are accounts we do not accept, and those conditions are written on this page.
1. Accounts we accept — and those we do not
Accepted
- Regular-server accounts whose bindings can be fully released (Moonton, Facebook, Google).
- Accounts at any value. There is no minimum — accounts under Rp30,000 are bought too.
- Bare accounts, dormant old accounts, and smurfs. All of them are still appraised.
- Accounts whose ownership the seller can prove during verification.
Not accepted
- Advance Server accounts. AS accounts can be reset or revoked by Moonton at any time and carry no ownership status anyone can guarantee — any buyer would be buying something that can vanish with no recourse.
- Accounts whose bindings cannot be fully released, because ownership cannot fully move to the next holder.
- Accounts the seller cannot prove they own, including accounts in dispute with a previous owner.
2. Data the seller must provide
Moonton ID, the bound email, and which unbind options the account has.
Screenshots of the skin collection (Collector and Legend especially) and the highest rank.
A bank account or e-wallet number belonging to the seller.
No national ID is needed for a standard transaction — what is required is valid proof of account ownership.
3. The official order, never reversed
- 1The price is agreed
The seller sends the account specs; a price estimate comes back within minutes over WhatsApp. Until the price is agreed, nothing needs to be handed over.
- 2Ownership verification
The seller shows binding details, collection screenshots, and rank. No national ID is required for a standard transaction — what is needed is valid proof of ownership.
- 3The seller changes the email themselves
An admin never takes over. The seller performs the email change while an admin guides each step over chat. It is one short step, not a multi-day handover.
- 4Payment lands in the same session
Once the email change is done and the account is checked, payment is sent to the seller's bank account or e-wallet — QRIS, bank transfer, or e-wallet. Averages 30 minutes from agreed price to money received.
4. What ZenVan never asks a seller for
- Money, in any form. No deposit, no admin fee, no verification fee.
- A verification code (OTP) over chat. Codes arriving in the seller's email or phone are used by the seller themselves, never sent to an admin.
- The seller's Moonton password. What moves is the email address, and the seller is the one who moves it.
- A national ID card for a standard transaction.
The honest test against impersonation is not "who asks for access first" — ZenVan itself asks for the email change before paying. What distinguishes us: our payment goes out in the same session (30 minutes on average), and a seller is never asked to send money.
Questions about these terms
Why must I change the email before being paid?
Because ZenVan buys outright. No escrow holds the funds and no other buyer is being waited for, so what decides when money leaves is when the account actually moves. The gap is measured in minutes, not days: 30 minutes on average for the whole process. And throughout it the seller never sends us money, so nothing on the seller's side can be lost except time.
How do I know the person contacting me is really ZenVan?
The test is not who asks for access first — ZenVan does ask for the email to be changed before paying, so "asks first" distinguishes nothing. Two tests that genuinely distinguish: (1) how long the gap is — ZenVan's payment goes out in the same session, 30 minutes on average; anyone claiming to be ZenVan who says the money arrives tomorrow or next week is not us; (2) whether you are ever asked to send money — ZenVan never asks a seller for a deposit, an admin fee, or any fee at all.
After I am paid, what are my obligations as a seller?
The account belongs to ZenVan from the moment payment is received. The seller may no longer access, recover, or reclaim that account by any means — including through Moonton's recovery path under the former owner's name. Every transaction is on record: the verification conversation, the screenshots handed over, and the transfer receipt are kept as proof of ownership. Whoever buys that account next is covered by ZenGuard™ for 30 days, so an account that gets pulled back becomes a loss ZenVan absorbs and resolves on the buyer's behalf.
What happens if a seller pulls the account back anyway (hackback)?
That seller is permanently blocked from further transactions with ZenVan, and the case is published in our public Case Log in anonymised form. This is not a threat invented for this page: the first hackback case (CASE-0001, reported 22 Mar 2026) was resolved with a full refund to the buyer within 6 hours and the seller permanently blocked — anyone can read the record at /case-log, alongside every other dispute we have handled. The buyer never carries the cost: ZenGuard™ 30 days pays a 100% refund or replaces the account, and in CASE-0005 the replacement's warranty was extended to 60 days.
Why should I trust these terms — can they be checked from outside?
Yes, and that is the point of this page. The three claims above each have evidence you can check without taking our word for it: (1) every dispute we have handled is published at /case-log, including the ones that cost us; (2) our seller reputation sits on a third-party surface — 4.78 out of 5 across 6,347 reviews on our itemku store, a number we cannot edit; (3) the transaction proof board and the prices accounts actually sold for are at /bukti-transaksi and /jual-akun, recomputed automatically from the database rather than typed by hand.
What if the price changes midway, or I back out?
A seller may cancel at any point before the email is changed, at no cost — no money ever moved to us, so there is nothing to refund. An agreed price is revisited only if the account turns out to differ from what was shown at verification (for example a stated skin is absent, or a binding cannot be released as declared). If that happens, the seller is free to reject the revised price and cancel.
My account is very cheap — is it still accepted?
Yes. ZenVan has no minimum price for incoming accounts; accounts under Rp30,000 are bought too, and that tier is in fact the one that arrives most often over WhatsApp. What decides acceptance is not the amount but whether the bindings can be fully released and ownership can be proven.
Why are Advance Server accounts refused?
Because Advance Server accounts can be reset or revoked by Moonton at any time and hold no guaranteeable ownership status. Buying one means selling the next buyer something that can disappear without recourse, and no warranty can cover that. A regular-server account with the same specs is still bought.
