Community Manager / Instagram Manager

ZenVan Store is looking for an experienced Community Manager to run ZenVan's Instagram account: planning and posting content, looking after the community in comments and DMs, and reading insights to improve what comes next. What you will do

  • Plan the content calendar and post feed posts, Reels and Stories regularly.
  • Handle comments and DMs in ZenVan's brand voice, including passing order questions to official customer service.
  • Track Instagram Insights and report regularly: what worked and what to change.
  • Coordinate with ZenVan's UGC creators and partner streamers.
  • Keep the account compliant with Instagram's community guidelines and content rules.

Requirements

  • Experience running a brand or community Instagram account. Name the accounts and the results.
  • Understands Instagram Insights, Reels and how content distribution works.
  • Writes clear, readable Indonesian; English is a plus.
  • Knows gaming, especially Mobile Legends (a plus).
  • Can work remotely, independently and consistently.
